and image signal processing function (ISP). It is fabricated with the world’s most advanced CMOS
) P$ Z6 A  i" _2 Dimage sensor process to realize ultra-low dark noise, high sensitivity and very low power consumption& s( D! D$ D) e
imaging system. The sensor consists of a 248 x 328 effective pixel array which has an optical format of
$ [+ y. ]  j, ]! m1 c, D( e1/13 inch. It has integrated noise canceling CDS (Correlated Double Sampling) circuits, analog global
% O9 `% G% r  n1 X- |2 e8 m( Ygain and separated R/G/B gain controller, automatic black level compensation and on-chip 10-bit ADC. 2 ~% M0 d' x+ M/ @' u5 E9 k- {
The on-chip ISP provides a very smooth AE (Auto Exposure) and accurate AWB (Auto White Balance)
/ w, f! Q) G/ Q# h, [2 b0 f/ g2 S+ \control. It provides various data formats, such as Bayer RGB, RGB444, RGB555, RGB565, YCbCr 4:2:2.
) a; M& A: ]7 X) A+ FIt has a commonly used two-wire serial interface for the host to control the operation of the whole) X+ e# c7 Z% d, A0 ?. V
sensor.
- ?9 q- o$ X0 {+ F  ?! @2 GThe product is capable of operating at up to 30 frames per second at 24MHZ clock in QVGA mode, with8 R$ x* ^% ?9 v% x' i, h
complete user control over image quality and data format. All required image processing functions,: ^/ U0 z# |2 ]4 C, W' K3 k
including exposure control, and so on, are also programmable through the two-wire serial bus.& a. R/ k. h- a! G) x$ ?5 S0 v5 k
